Alright both of you, I'm quite sure that a prefect wouldn't abuse these journals to pick personal fights and present a bad display for the younger ones and I'm rather disappointed in you Mr. Potter. For a boy who knows what it means to be picked upon, bullying Mr. Malfoy is not exactly the most sympathetic act one can imagine. If this continues in the open I shall have to revoke both of your journal privelages which means a failing Muggle Studies grade, and I'm rather sure neither of you would like that.
